Breastfeeding

Is it better to breastfeed or to restart my hormone therapy? My Stage IIB cancer was HER2-positive and ER-positive. My treatment included a lumpectomy, chemo, Herceptin, radiation, Zoladex, and tamoxifen. Two years after my diagnosis, I stopped the hormone therapy—tamoxifen and Zoladex—to get pregnant. I delivered a baby four months ago, and have been breastfeeding out of my unaffected breast since. Should I continue to breastfeed for up to one year or stop and resume hormone therapy with Zoladex plus an aromatase inhibitor?
